Kerry Lather

A true Florida native, Kerry was born and raised in Lake County, Florida, graduated from Mt. Dora High School and Florida State University (Go Noles!), where she earned a B.S. in business, and later earned her MBA from Rollins College. Kerry’s professional experience with Disney and Coca-Cola has afforded her the opportunity to develop her marketing, product development, and category management skills. As a volunteer at her daughter’s schools, Kerry has led hundreds of other parent volunteers in a variety of roles, all with the end goal to benefit the students. As a leader of volunteer efforts to raise funds, build community, and plan and execute events at multiple schools, Kerry has chaired committees that raised over $1 Million! 

Kerry connects with her clients and customers by relating to the excitement, challenge, and reward of achieving big goals – whether it’s a new product launch, an auction gala, or a move. In real estate, as in much of business and life, selling your home or buying a new one is about more than the house or the transaction; it's about finding your place in the world and fulfilling your dreams.

After more than a decade of volunteer work, Kerry decided to pursue a career in real estate. Kerry’s strong business background, coupled with the valuable experience of partnering with other parent volunteers to achieve big goals, make her a perfect match for Tampa families looking to buy or sell their homes.

Kerry is happy to call Tampa, Florida home for more than 20 years, and having lived in New Tampa, Lutz, and South Tampa is familiar with the many wonderful areas of Tampa Bay. She enjoys all Tampa sports teams, walks, and bike ride with her husband throughout South Tampa, sampling amazing cuisine in Tampa’s many restaurant and wine bar options, training for the annual Gasparilla 15K, and cheering on her beloved FSU Seminoles.

Kerry volunteers on the Mothers Association Board at the Academy of the Holy Names and, with her husband and daughter, is a member of Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church.
